Fahmara — Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This page explains the terms of using Fahmara and what we do with your information. Rather than vague legal boilerplate, we have tried to describe exactly what the system actually does.

1.Who provides this service

Fahmara is provided under the trading name EasySaz. Our address, phone and email are at the foot of this page, and those are the official ways to reach us.

By using the service you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

2.What the service is

Fahmara is a Persian-language AI assistant. Your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply, and the reply is returned to you.

Answers are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely fabricated — that is an inherent limit of the technology, not a defect of this service. Especially on medical, legal, financial and safety matters, do not treat an answer as a substitute for professional advice, and verify independently before acting on it.

The service is provided as is. We do not promise continuous availability; it may be unavailable during maintenance or when upstream services are down.

3.Who may use it

The service is for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18 you may use it only with the permission and supervision of your legal guardian, who is responsible for any payments.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it and refund any unused balance.

4.Your account

You sign in with an Iranian mobile number and a one-time SMS code. There is no password to forget or leak.

Keeping access to your phone number and device is your responsibility. Any activity from your account is recorded against it and deducted from your balance.

If you give up or lose your mobile number, tell us as soon as possible so we can close the account — otherwise whoever receives that number next can sign in as you.

5.Acceptable use

Using the service for unlawful purposes, to generate criminal content, to infringe others' rights, or to harass or threaten is prohibited.

Attempting to bypass limits, sending automated bulk requests, reverse-engineering the service, or reselling access to others is not permitted.

If you send an image or a file, it is your responsibility to have the right to share it — particularly where it contains another person's information or likeness.

If you breach these rules we may restrict your access or block your account. Your unused balance remains refundable in that case, unless the breach involved payment fraud.

6.Wallet, charges and refunds

The service is prepaid: you top up a wallet, and each message deducts from that balance. There is no monthly subscription or recurring charge, and nothing is ever taken without an action by you.

Payments go through the Zarinpal gateway. Your bank card details never reach our servers and we have no access to them.

The cost of each message is calculated from the tokens it used and the current USD rate, and shown to you directly beneath that message. Every deduction appears in your wallet history.

Purchased credit does not expire. You may request a refund of your unused balance at any time; it is returned to the card you paid with, less the payment gateway's fee.

Credit already spent on answers you received is not refundable — those answers were generated and delivered, and they cost us.

If an answer fails to generate at all, nothing is charged. If an answer is generated only partially, that part is charged.

If a technical fault on our side charged you incorrectly, the amount is returned to your wallet after review. Contact support for these cases.

7.What we store

Your mobile number, for sign-in and account identification.

Your conversations, the images and files you send, and the replies you receive — so you can see your history and the model can follow the thread.

Financial records: top-ups, deductions and the amount of each transaction.

If you leave the memory feature on, durable facts you have shared about yourself (your name or profession, for example) are stored in summary form so later conversations can use them.

We do not store passwords, bank card details, or your location.

8.About audio

When you record a voice message, the audio is sent for transcription and the resulting text is shown to you in the message box. The audio file itself is not stored on our servers; what remains is the text you approve and send.

In a live call, your speech and the spoken reply pass through in real time and neither is recorded or stored — not the audio, not a transcript. All that remains of a call is the amount deducted in your wallet history.

If you press play on a reply, the generated audio is stored so that playing it again is free. Deleting that conversation deletes the audio with it.

9.Where your data goes

To generate a reply, your message text and attachments are sent to OpenAI. This is essential to the service; without it there is no answer. Those servers are located outside Iran.

To send your sign-in code, your mobile number is sent to an SMS provider.

To take payment, the amount and a transaction reference are sent to Zarinpal.

We do not sell your information to anyone and we do not share it for advertising. The only circumstance in which we would disclose it further is a lawful order from a competent authority.

10.Your control over your data

You can delete any conversation from inside the app.

You can view your memories, delete them one by one, clear them all, or switch memory off entirely. Switching it off does not delete what is stored; it stops it being used and updated.

To obtain a copy of your data or to delete your account entirely, ask us through the contact details below. We handle such requests within one month at the latest.

11.How long we keep things

One-time sign-in codes are deleted seven days after they expire.

Lapsed sessions are deleted after seven days; revoked ones after thirty.

Conversations and memories are kept until you delete them or request account deletion.

Financial records may be retained after account deletion, in anonymised form and solely for accounting and tax requirements.

12.Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted. The AI service key is never given to your app; every request passes through our server.

That said, no system is perfectly secure. We recommend not entering highly sensitive information — passwords, card numbers, confidential medical details — into conversations.

If a security incident puts your information at risk, we will tell you as soon as we can.

13.Limits of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect losses — lost profit, opportunity or data — arising from reliance on AI-generated answers.

None of the above limits our liability for deliberate harm, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.

14.Changes

Prices depend on the USD rate and on AI provider tariffs, and may change. A price change is not retroactive against credit you already hold; it affects the cost of later messages only.

If these terms change materially, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. If you do not accept the new terms, you may stop using the service and request your unused balance.

15.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

If something goes wrong, please raise it with us first through the contact details below; in practice almost everything is resolved at that stage. Failing agreement, the competent courts of Iran will have jurisdiction.

16.Contact

For any question about these terms, a refund request, a request to access or delete your data, or to report a problem, use the EasySaz contact details at the foot of this page.
